RETURN TERMS

 

You can return the purchased goods no later than 14 days after receiving the parcel through the courier or from a transport company (TC).

 

REASONS FOR RETURNING A PURCHASED PRODUCT

Products of inadequate quality, with damage found upon receipt, are subject to return.

To avoid misunderstandings, you should check the contents of the parcel in the presence of a courier or a representative of the Post.

An act is drawn up on the revealed marriage or incomplete equipment in the TC. With courier delivery, you can refuse to receive substandard parcels.

If there is a fact of violation, immediately inform us about it by the phone numbers indicated on the website.

 

RETURN PROCEDURE

To make a return, follow a few simple steps in sequence:

  • notify us of your desire by using the callback button on the website or by dialing one of the phone numbers;
  • make sure that the returned goods are intact and have their original appearance;
  • ship the product using one of the methods below.

As soon as the goods arrive at the heavenlyacresaints.com warehouse, you will receive an SMS about this.

 

SENDING METHODS

You can return goods:

  • by sending through the Post Office at the expense of the sender (client) at the tariffs of the TC;
  • by delivering to the pick-up point.

 

A REFUND

The money for the purchase is refunded depending on the chosen method:

  • at the pick-up point – in cash;
  • by transfer to the client’s bank card.

It should be borne in mind that depending on the bank, the operation may take from several minutes to 5 working days from the moment the goods arrive at the heavenlyacresaints.com warehouse.
